Candidate is a humble, selfless leader and the current New Zealand Medical Students Association (NZMSA) President, dedicated to uplifting medical students nationwide—especially Māori and international students. They’ve led numerous initiatives to strengthen support networks, often without recognition or compensation. Known for their kindness and ability to connect with others, they balance this demanding role with their final year of med school, past academic tutoring, marathon running, and being a former national tennis player. They’re an inspiring friend and a truly deserving candidate.
